The PSC is an official NRA recruiter and therefore can offer new and renewal NRA memberships at discounted rates. We get a commission on most new and renewal membership categories. Application forms are in the PSC range office and are available anytime the range office is open. Ask the duty RSO for the application book and fill out the form as directed. All RSOs need to follow the directions on the wall exactly as outlined in order for NRA to process the applications as quickly as possible. If you are an RSO, please note the discounted prices for the membership categories below and give those prices to the patron. The PSC gets from $2 to $25 per membership in commissions (depending on the level of membership the person signs up for).

1-Year membership: Regular Price = $35 Discounted Price = $25

3-Year membership: Regular Price = $85 Discounted Price = $70

5-Year membership: Regular Price = $125 Discounted Price = $100

Life membership: Regular Price = $1000 Discounted Price = $750

Disabled veteran/over-65 Life membership: Regular Price = $375

Easy Pay Life (EPL) membership: Down payment amount = $25 to $35 (the member pays at least $25 down and NRA bills $25 quarterly until the balance is paid in full.)

After filling out the form, call Gary Powell at (360) 613-5636 to let me know there is a form to be sent to NRA headquarters because each application needs to be mailed to NRA within five days of application.
