PSC Training Classes for 2016
Updated January 5, 2015
The Poulsbo Sportsman Club is offering NRA Basic Pistol Shooting Classes on January 17th, February 21st, March 20th and April 17th at 9:00 AM in the Clubhouse. These dates are on Sunday and the class is completed in one day. You do not have to be a PSC club member to take these classes.
Cost is $100 per person. The class consists of 5 hours of classroom instruction and 3 hours of live fire on the range with individual coaches. If you have a pistol you want to bring and shoot - that’s fine - subject to inspection for safe functioning. If you don’t have a pistol-that’s OK too. There will be a variety of pistols, both revolvers and semi-automatics, and ammo in calibers ranging from .22 LR to .45 Colt for students to shoot. We want you to learn what pistol is best for you before you go spend a bunch of money. Eye and ear protection will be provided if you don’t have your own. So bring a lunch – we got the coffee covered.
Checks should be made out to Poulsbo Sportsman Club and mailed to Poulsbo Sportsman Club, Attention Training, P.O. Box 3651 Silverdale, WA 98383. Advance registration fee required!
The class has a limited number of seats and they fill up pretty fast, so sign up A.S.A.P. If you bring your own firearm, bring at least 100 rounds of ammunition.
